A utility line was installed December 2025 in the field adjacent to Marianna and Ekaterina Court. The area is experiencing soil settlement creating depressions/divots.

The ditch (city) on the right side facing the street in front of the home, needs to be drained. It has some leaves, etc., in it from trees. The water should run under the road, but it seems to be clogged at times and does not drain.
